1. Manage progress of jobs, tasks assigned to juniors (2- 4 juniors), and client deadlines2. Perform detailed review of client accounting and tax reports as prepared by juniors:- Review accounting entries and monthly accounting reports.- Review monthly payroll and other liability according to payroll such as SIHIUI.- Review tax declaration, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT.- Work with clients’ auditors and tax officers when needed. 3. Communicate with clients during daily work, understand clients’ situations and give advice to clients’ operation issues.4. Give instructions and training to staff at lower level.5. Assist in spot services such as review and due diligence for M&A projects. (Mergers & Acquisitions )6. Managing 2- 4 junior staffs and report to Manager (Vietnamese) & Senior Manager (Japanese)7. Other tasks assigned by personnel at higher level.
