1. Compensation and Benefits Administration• Design and implement fair and competitive compensation and benefits policies, including salary structures, allowances, and benefits.• Handle social insurance tasks and manage employee benefits in compliance with legal requirements.• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance tracking, leave management, and lunch allowances.• Monitor and ensure proper execution and compliance with C&B policies.5. HR Policies, Systems, and Compliance• Establish, develop, and maintain effective HR systems, policies, and procedures.• Ensure compliance with labor codes, social insurance laws, and personal income tax laws.• Work closely with regional office staff to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.• Collaborate with relevant departments to review and implement ISO 9001:2015 standards.6. Employee Relations and Labor Management• Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.• Provide guidance and advice to department heads on HR matters.• Perform labor management tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing labor contracts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.7. HR Operations and Administration• Oversee all HR-related issues across, including recruitment, training, probation, labor contracts, employee relations, and others.• Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR records and documentation.8. Performance Management and Evaluation• Develop and implement performance systems to evaluate employee performance.• Coordinate with department heads to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluations.9. Responsibilities:1- Supervise and instruct the purchaser/shipping assistant to deal with the purchasing/selling work efficiently, deal with the special situation in time, ensure the correctness and timeliness of the purchasing material/finished goods.- Direct staff to coordinate closely with the receiving department and accounting department to ensure that orders are delivered in full and paid on time.2- Analyze purchasing/shipment needs, supplier/customer capacity and develop purchasing/shipment plans.- Analyze the supplier market to properly evaluate the current supplier capacity and prices to see if they meet the company’s business better and contribute to saving purchasing costs.- Analyze the customers demand proper support and satisfy shipment schedule after confirmation with PPC.3- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.- Directly manage and maintain relationships with major suppliers.- Guide, direct and assign staff to maintain relationships with suppliers under their management responsibilities.- Develop plans for periodic or ad hoc supplier evaluations.4- Purchasing and inventory control.- Ensure that there is enough quantity of raw materials as well as necessary resources for the company’s production activities by effectively controlling inventory.- Develop inventory plans.- Negotiate prices, negotiate terms of contracts/agreement and confirmpurchase according to the company’s purchase regulations. Ensure suppliers meet the company’s requirements and are consistent with the purchasing strategy.- Resolve supplier/customer complaints based on quality problems from QA/QA team.- Manage purchasing staff/shipping assistant in compliance with purchasing/shipment regulations and policies, ensuring adequate timely, good priced and transparent goods.6- System management:- Manage objectives, planning and task schedule.- Generate procurement management reports, ERP software utilization.
