工作内容

- Ensure the implementation of quality control of goods in the factory and before delivery;- Establish quality assessment standards according to the quality requirements of each customer;- Manage the quality standards of customers;- Check the quality of goods imported/exported to/from NPMO warehouse and report immediately when errors are detected;- Establish a quality training program for the units;- Establish instructions for the use of measuring and quality control tools;- Request to stop production when there are quality problems that require customer consultation or according to quality standards that need to be stopped.- Advise superiors on quality-related issues;- Investigate and report on quality-related errors;- Record history of quality errors, non-conforming products;- Implement quality standard guidelines;- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director;- Implement periodic or ad hoc reporting plans as required by the Department Head.
