<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is a Japanese IT company, is now looking for Project Manager.The candidate will manage the progress of Web App development.<Job description (details)>- Plan and develop in cooperation with Japan and Vietnam through Scrum development.- Discuss Sprint plans with customers- Report and consult with redundancy on any problems or difficulties in the development process or production- Drafting development tickets- Drafting instructions *This is especially important. If you have no engineering experience, we emphasize “communicating skills,” “listening skills,” and “understanding skills. The key is whether or not you can communicate smoothly with Vietnamese engineers based on your ability to understand, rather than Japanese.- Progress report- Daily updates to the Company rulebook- Test implementation (Please do so after understanding the requirements. (You will be asked to do normal and semi-normal systems)- Reporting (please report everything that is going well, things that don't seem to be going well, and things that have failed)- Other tasks instructed by Japanese Manager<Company Attractions>- They are a start-up company established in 2023.- The candidate will have a lot of discretionary power.- Candidates do not need to be confident in their English, but only those who are willing to speak it can apply.- This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to further their skills in the IT industry and want to be involved in the development of their own products.
