    【Job Summary】
    One of our clients, a trading firm for lightning products, is now looking for a Projection Exposure CS Engineer Staff.
    ・ Responsible for one big client for UX5
    ・ After Support role such as UX-5 Set-up, trouble handling, etc
    ・ UX-5 Regular Inspection Support

    【What you will be working on】
    - Setting up a new equipment
    - Troubleshooting (Remote and on-site response if customer experiences equipment problems during mass production)
    - Defect history management and progress sharing by equipment (1/month)
    - Proactively predict and manage the equipment so that customers can run it without any problems
    - Facility relocation and remodeling work
    - Regular inspection of equipment and preparation of inspection reports
    - Competitive information collection and analysis
    - Information sharing and cooperation through regular meetings with headquarters and UAP Gr
    - Creating Forecasts, selling and proposing repair parts according to customer needs and budget
    - Creation of mechanisms

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Graduated from a technical college or university, or plan to graduate within this year.
    - Major in science and engineering such as electrical, mechanical, and mechatronics.
    - Japanese: N2 intermediate level.
    - Whose who can work anywhere (Basically in Thai Nguyen, but may ask to come to Hanoi.)
    - Whose who is willing to go on a business trip to domestic or oversea (Sometimes more than 3 months)

    <Prefer>
    - More than 5 years of semiconductor/LCD equipment maintenance work.
    - English: Upper-Intermediate to report to the Singapore Branch.
    - Problem solution ability.
    - Negotiation ability.
    - Can work and build good teamwork.
