  One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for a Production Control Manager.
  
  【Job details】
  - Receive and manage customer orders from international clients, and provide feedback on delivery plans.
  - Supervise communication channels with international customers.
  - Check production capacity and monitor, discuss, and adjust production schedules with relevant departments to update customers.
  - Analyze order receipt status and quotation requests to propose appropriate production plans.
  - Collaborate with other departments in the production workshop to provide solutions and activities related to production capacity, materials, accessories, tools, etc., to stabilize production and meet shipment deadlines.
  - Plan and monitor semi-finished goods delivery, oversee the production process, and manage stakeholder responses.
  - Resolve customer complaints regarding delivery deadlines and transportation methods.
  - Manage inventory and propose solutions to reduce dead stock.
  - Prepare reports related to production activities, revenue, and order status according to weekly/monthly/annual plans.
  - Report and monitor shipment status, revenue goals, material costs according to budget, and any ad hoc reports within the department.
  - Participate in resolving defects and suggest corrective actions for production planning issues.
  - Manage and conduct inspections on the production line to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and external audits.
  - Supervise and organize the delegation of tasks for lower-level employees, including quality checks and performance evaluations.
  - Train and implement training programs for team management staff.
