  【Job Summary】
  The Warehouse and Distribution Manager is a crucial role of our Integrated Logistics team,
  reporting to the General Director.
  This role is responsible to oversee and manage operations in the distribution center to ensure optimal running of warehouse operations and meeting all key performance metrics to deliver customer centric solutions with a focus on Cost, Quality and Service Excellence.

  - Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse functions—receiving, storage, order fulfillment, delivery, and inventory control. Implement SOPs for consistency and quality.
  - Planning: Develop operational plans to ensure smooth workflow between warehouse teams and other departments.
  - Team Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable work culture.
  - Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like accuracy, turnover, and on-time delivery, and implement improvements.
  - Accuracy Management: Ensure meticulous inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy across numerous SKUs.
  - Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  - Safety Compliance: Maintain safe, regulation-compliant operations.
  - Returns & Reporting: Manage returns and prepare regular reports on warehouse activities.
  - Cost & Compliance: Monitor P&L and optimize costs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  - Leadership & Problem-Solving: Address complex issues creatively and communicate solutions effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
