  - You will be in charge of Factory Operation Manager

  <Detail>
  - Accountable for overseeing manufacturing operations in Vietnam and ensuring delivery of quality products in a timely manner to customers.
  - Interfaces strongly with Manager to address workforce needs and production schedules.
  - Understand and ensure implementation of all Safety policies of the factory unconditionally.
  - Responsible for ensuring that appropriate cost controls in scheduling production requirements are applied with full consultation with Administrative Manager.
  - Operate the facility in full conformance to local labor laws and regulations as they apply to Safety, Environment, and Industrial hygiene requirements.
