  One of our clients, which is a Japanese manufacturing firm is looking for "Machining Engineer".
  They have established a new factory, which will be up and running.
  As an EPE company, they export products produced in Vietnam to Japan and other foreign countries.

  <Job Description>
  1. Process optimization and condition setting in machining
  - Programming and optimization of CNC machines and setting and adjustment of machining conditions
  - Tool selection and tool management, improvement of machining accuracy
  2. Planning of machining processes and prototyping
  - Planning of machining processes for new products and new parts and technical support for prototype manufacturing
  - Study of machining processes at the prototype stage and implementation of method improvements for product mass production
  3. Equipment management and maintenance planning
  - Management of processing machines and equipment, and planning of trouble prevention and repair
  - Investigation of causes of machine trouble and prompt response
  4. Standardization of production processes and preparation of work procedures
  - Standardization of each process to ensure stable quality
  - Creation of work procedure manuals and education and guidance for machine operators
  5. Improvement of machining accuracy and productivity
  - Review the entire machining process and propose improvements to improve quality and reduce costs
  - Support for improvement of work flow and introduction of automation to improve productivity
  6. Collaboration with other departments and project management
  - Collaborate with design and quality control departments to resolve manufacturing technology issues and support new projects
  - Management of project progress and cooperation with related departments
  7. Environmental measures and safe
  - Energy conservation measures, safety management at work sites
