  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within the workplace
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Plan and monitor Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and energy-saving activities to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards at the factory.
  - Assess, supervise, and develop preventive measures and risk assessments for Health, Safety, and Environmental issues.
  - Track and prepare periodic government reports in accordance with regulations on Health, Safety, and Environment.
  - Evaluate and inspect employees' compliance with safety regulations and internal rules through close monitoring and checks.
  - Organize risk assessments for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental aspects, proposing control and preventive measures.
  - Develop internal documents such as guidelines, regulations, and procedures to supervise Health, Safety, Environment, and energy-saving practices.
  - Participate in the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems.
  - Prepare and develop training content on Health, Safety, and Environment.
  - Regularly organize training sessions and presentations for employees on health, safety, accident prevention, and workplace environment issues.
  - Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and handle compensation claims.
  - Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
