  - Manage product shipments across Vietnam.
  - Handle import customs clearance.
  - Communicate with the Japan headquarters in English regarding inventory and delivery schedules.
  - Place orders with our group companies in English.
  - Issue INVOICES and create Delivery Notes (Excel)
  - Manage inventory in both outsourced warehouses and the office storage.
  - Assist the sales team with internal operations and administrative tasks.
  - Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
