  - Oversee daily administrative operations of the medical institution.
  - Ensure smooth coordination between departments, including medical, administrative, and support staff.
  - Implement and improve internal policies, procedures, and workflows.
  - Assist in budget planning, financial reporting, and cost control.
  - Monitor expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
  - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.
  - Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of administrative and support staff.
  - Manage payroll, benefits, and labor law compliance.
  - Develop and implement HR policies to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  - Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, corporate policies, and government laws.
  - Coordinate with legal advisors and external auditors when necessary.
  - Oversee workplace safety and risk management procedures.
