  - Responsible for working as a Assistant Manager.
  
  【Job description】
  - Manage auxiliary equipment infrastructure to ensure a stable supply of electricity, water, and supporting systems for production equipment.
  - Handle emergency responses to equipment failures, power outages, water shortages, fires, etc. (Develop human resources/emergency response).
  - Manage and maintain the operation (maintenance and contracts) of electrical equipment (high voltage and low voltage).
  - Optimize and manage energy supply (energy saving and renewable energy support).
  - Maintain and ensure the safety of factory employees and departments (safety and health).
  - Manage ISO (Quality/Environment/Safety) and respond to SR audits (ISO/support for major customers).
  - Ensure compliance with legal regulations (compliance with labor safety, fire protection, electricity, environment, etc.).
  - Promote factory construction and renovation projects (both new and old).
  -Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
