  <MUST>
  - Bachelor's degree
  - Japanese: N2 Advanced level
  - Understands Japanese culture and business manners in Japanese companies
  - More than 2 years of work experience as a BrSE or more than 6 years of work experience as an IT communicator
  - High communication skills, document creation and presentation skills
  - Ability to organize and plan work to complete tasks within deadlines
  - Ability to research, propose and implement solutions to new or difficult problems that arise during work
  
  <Prefer>
  - Knowledge or experience in programming
  - Experience studying in Japan or working for a Japanese company
  - Fluent in Japanese and (basic) knowledge of IT
  - Can create and review development documents such as requirements definition, screen design, and basic design
  - Can communicate flexibly with customers. Can accurately grasp the main points and speak in an orderly manner
  - Can analyze problems logically from the user's perspective and make proposals
  - Always acts with an awareness of business improvement
  - Can proactively reach out to members and provide support
