1. Sắp xếp kế hoạch sản xuất sao cho có hiệu suất tốt và kế hoạch lưu kho hợp lý2. Dựa vào KHSX của nhà máy để sắp xếp ca làm việc cho công nhân sản xuất3. Quản lý nguyên vật liệu, tồn kho, dự trù và đề xuất nguyên vật liệu4. Quản lý giá thành, trách nhiệm lợi nhuận5. Phối hợp với tổ trưởng các bộ phận để quản lý nhân lực và thời gian làm việc. Bố trí nhân lực, điều chỉnh thời gian tăng ca một cách thích hợp trong thời gian làm việc, thời gian xảy ra sự cố.6. Đào tạo, đánh giá năng lực của công nhân để bố trí vị trí làm việc phù hợp.7.
