One of our clients, which is logistics comapny, is now looking for Ho Chi Minh Branch Manager Candidate■Job details- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ho Chi Minh branch, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and meet corporate objectives.- Lead and mentor a management team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that operational goals are met.- Manage the entire Vietnamese and Japanese team, supporting employee development and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across the organization.- Engage in sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese companies.
