    The Reeracoen Group is a comprehensive human resources service firm based in 11 regions in 7 APAC countries. Since its establishment in 2011. Currently, we are launching an Expert Solution(ES) service to further expand the scale of our business by utilizing the matching know-how gained from our recruitment experience.

    You will be reporting to the Singapore branch

    【What you will be working on】
    - Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project.
    - Utilize available tools (Phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to recruit new experts to join our projects.
    - Conduct interviews & short surveys with Experts to confirm if experts are suitable for projects.
    - Summarize and deliver the necessary information of Experts to clients.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What we are looking for】
    - Minimum a Degree holder or above.
    - At least 2 years of experience in the Expert Network Service business (at least 1 year of experience as a researcher is required)
    - Fluency in English to communicate with native English-speaking experts.
    - Ability to work independently and also collaboratively with the team.
    - Demonstrated abilities in a fast-paced environment.
