  One of our clients, which is Manufacturing company, is now looking for Engineer of Development Center.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  -Customer Correspondence:
  ⇒ Meeting, Mail, Negotiation, Design proposal, Report on themes related to Build Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), False Analysis Corrective Action (FACA), Reliability (REL), Material
  ‐Development management Correspondence:
  ⇒ Development lead, initiative on themes related to Build Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), False Analysis Corrective Action (FACA), Reliability (REL), Material
  - Project management
  ⇒ Manage entire development and control the above function teams and customer.
  Need responsibility for leading a project success.
  - Internal report and report to customer are required on all of the above development job functions.
  
  * 1 project consists of around 20 persons and the above each function has 3-4 persons.
  * New comer will be assigned into one of above functions based on his/her skills and experience
  
  ■ There are the functions shown in the below.
  - Build control : manage development build. Allocation, quantity, and build/shipping schedule.
  - Material : manage incoming materials to check quality, quantity and schedule.
  - FACA : manage FACA for INLINE and OQC.
  - Reliability : manage reliability. Allocation, schedule, REL FACA.
  - Process : manage process conditions and machine parameters. DOE, process related FACA. If you have ability, you can design jig/fixture/machine.
