    - Investment : consider project development structure, project cashflow, contract terms, etc.
    - Negotiation with partners, prepare project contracts
    - Legal procedures regarding the projects

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University
    - Good communication in Japanese (N2 JLPT up)
    - English (strong Intermediate level)
    - More than 10 years experience in in Real Estate Business and/or Financing and Accounting
    - 1 year experience as Manager

    <PREFER>
    - Graduated from Japan University or Experience working in Japan
