    - Building web applications based on Cloud technology with Java Team

    - Develop projects analyzing product specifications, specification changes and newly added functions
    - Participate in developing projects as Principal Software Engineer from Outline Design, Detail Design, Development/Implementation, Code review, Unit test, Release stages.
    - Design Database, develop functions and support team members.
    - Do other tasks as assigned by PM

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - At least 4 years of experience working with Java in Web Application development projects.
    - Strong experience working with Spring framework, Spring boot, Struts.
    - Experience working with JUnit.
    - Experience working with Postgres SQL/MySQL.
    - Ability to research to solve technical problems.
    - Read and understand documents in English well.


    <PREFER>
    - Experience or knowledge of DDD is an advantage
    - Understanding the process and working style at Japanese companies is an advantage.
    - Experience Worked as Team Leader/Senior for projects with at least 2 developers or more.
    - Experience reviewing code.
    - Experience interviewing and evaluating members' technical skills.
    - Ability to read, understand and analyze business requirements from customers.
    - Able to detect and solve problems well.
    - Ability to create/present easy-to-understand technical documents.
    - Able to communicate and persuade well on technical issues.
