    One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for Technical Engineering Manager.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Technical work and machine maintenance work at metal processing manufacturing factories
    - Management the project progress
    - Management the target, labor and team as a department/team manager
    - Providing technical education and advising to team and department staff as an engineer
    - Improve equipment from mechanical machinery to automated machinery.
    - Design equipment, machines for supporting production to increase productivity and reduce cost.
    - Other tasks as requested by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - University or above, bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics or Automation major.
    - Proficient in either English (Intermediate) OR Japanese (N2 level).
    - More than 3 years Management experience in Manufacturing industry.
    - More than 3 years Experience of maintainance and reparing Machining tools.
    - More than 3 years Experience as a Production Engineer

    【Prefer】
    Management experience of 20-50 members
