    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for managing all activities of the the QA/QC department

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Build and monitor the quality management system
    - Maintain implementation of the company's quality management system: FSSC22000 and Kaizen improvement programs, 5S...
    - Product quality control
    - Handle and provide countermeasures for quality incidents
    - Welcoming evaluators
    - Inspect and supervise the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality activities in departments
    - Train and manage human resources in the department.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 3 years experience in quality management at the food companies as supervisor/manager level
    - Understanding of FSSC22000, halal, 7 tools, 5W,..
    - Understand current regulations (decree, circulars, etc.) on food.
    - Can communicate in English or Japanese

    <Prefer>
    - Experience in Japanese manufacturing
