Job Description
【Job Summary】
- Responsible for contributing to manual test case management, communicating with related stakeholders, and developing the application in cooperation with the product manager, working in the form of Squad, a small team can quickly and consistently engage in everything from design to development, testing, and operation.
【Main responsibilities】
1. Job Scope
- Develop and lead the overall QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA executives, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a high awareness of product quality within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
- Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
- Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
- Work closely with other departments, such as development and product management, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role at least 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly for web service and mobile applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Familiar with Agile/ SCRUM environment
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher)
- Ability to communicate well in development projects

- Good at English communication
- Working experience in Japanese projects as QA/QC
- Able to grasp trends and research new technologies
- Experience working for web development-related companiesEnglish Level
