Job Description
【Job Summary】
- Responsible for Supervising the operation of biomass boiler system, water chiller system, air chiller system (AHU), air compressor system, water treatment system, wastewater treatment system, NG system, LCO2 system, LN2 system, caustic system, support corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, carry out improving machinery to increase availability for production and reduce maintenance and operation costs.
【Main responsibilities】
- Analyze and track utility processes, analyzing monthly energy consumption and operation cost, optimizing equipment and process performance.
- Provides technical assistance related to operation expertise.
- Manages goals and results, seeking continuous process improvement.
- Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality.
- Manage Human Resources (lead teams, train and develop operators, working plan, vacations, day-off, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors)
- Distribute tasks to utility technicians and operators.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- University degree in engineering (electrical, Automation, electromechanical, refrigeration…etc)
- At least 5 years relevant experience in utilities process, management
- Knowledge of involved areas /utilities process/equipment/quality tools, equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, automation, or refrigeration, statistical methods (SPC)
- Communication in English (Intermediate level)

- Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Safety and firefighting training
- Synthesis and problem-solving
- Math and computer knowledge are needed to operate utility systemsEnglish Level
