• Job Description

  One of our Japanese clients, which provides Real estate services and manages land project development, is now looking for Assistant Project Manager (Construction engineer & ME engineer) for Residential Projects.
  To work mainly on a JV low-rise detached house project in Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City.
  
  【Job description】
  1. Go to the NVY’s construction site daily from Monday to Friday to assist Project Manager and Project Engineering Director in control construction schedule, construction quality, cost.
  2. Prepare draft of project construction report (weekly & monthly) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.
  3. Attend and record, make meeting minutes in both of Vietnamese and English.
  4. Making draft of business letter, submit and receive NVY project’s documents and letters.
  5. Cooperate with Vietnamese contractors and Japanese partners to check site and organize their comments and feedbacks.
  6. Check drawings and give feedbacks to enhance the usage and quality.
  7. Giving proposals to JV partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and
  sharing feedbacks for drawing check
  8. Communicate well with JV partner’s engineer team in Vietnamese and understand their intention,
  and create a good relationship
  9. Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
  10. Other relevant tasks on request by Project Manager and / or Project Engineering Director.
