  • Job Description

    - Manage all work packages at all stages of the new product development process, from the idea stage to product launch, according to the Stage Gate process.
    - Communicate with Sale / MKT to define targets and requirements of projects.
    - Coordinate with respective departments to ensure the project is implemented on schedule and meet target cost and quality standards.
    - Report project status with stakeholders include Category leader, R&D leader, Gate keepers,…
    - Make reports or perform other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from university majoring in mechanical and mechatronics or manufacturing technology.
    - English: At least Strong Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 750+)
    - At least 3 years of experience with project management or R&D project engineer position for Mechanical products.
    - Proficient on project management tools and skills
    - Good at communication skill


    {PREFER}
    - Having experience in R&D for shower products or related such as copper valve
