    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for working as a QS Mep Engineering

    【Job description (details)】
    - Use Cubicost software in work.
    - Take off the volume of design documents according to structural and architectural drawings.
    - Make estimates, check estimated values, separate estimates, and construction BOQ for projects
    - Ensure project progress and work quality
    - Perform other tasks as assigned
    - Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with major in Construction or related major in electrical, construction, MEP
    - At least 1 years experience in the construction industry as a CAD Engineer or QS Mep
    - Good communication in English (Business level English to work effectively with Singapore team)

    <SKILLS>
    - Proficient in using Microsoft office, Excel, Power point, Auto Cad, Cubicost
