  One of our clients, which is a manufacturing firm of Punching Processing / Vacuum forming trays for various industries (Medical, OA, Automotive, etc.), is now looking for Factory Manager Assistant.
  Currently, the Japanese Director manages the entire factory, but he hopes to appoint a Vietnamese factory manager in the future.

  1. Factory management support:
  - Production control
  - Product Progress Management
  - Inventory management
  - Import/Export
  - Factory staff management
  - Responding to emails and phone calls from clients
  2. Accounting:
  - Manage the entire plant's expenses
  - Issue invoices to customers
  - VAT declaration
  - Communicate with Japanese Director on accounting matters
  3. HR:
  - Salary calculation and payment
  - Social insurance fee calculation and payment
  - Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews
  4. Other:
  - Other tasks assigned by Factory Manager
  - Communicate with the Japan HQ
