  - Responsible for overseeing and ensuring product quality from the initial stage to completion

  - Establish and maintain the product quality management system.
  - Inspect and evaluate the quality of incoming materials, the production process, and finished products.
  - Control quality at each sewing stage and completion stage.
  - Address and resolve quality issues that arise during the production process.
  - Inspect finished products to ensure quality before warehousing.
  - Prepare reports, provide feedback, and request corrections for workshop technicians.
  - Check final products before warehousing according to the plan.
  - Organize and assign tasks to QC at the beginning of the production line.
  - Collaborate with related departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  - Train and guide staff on quality standards and inspection processes.
  - Participate in the evaluation and selection of material suppliers, ensuring the quality meets company requirements.
