  - Manage and execute import-export procedures, including documentation, customs, and related paperwork.
  - Track order progress, ensuring goods are shipped on time and meet customer requirements.
  - Work with regulatory agencies, transportation partners, suppliers, and customers both domestically and internationally.
  - Negotiate, sign import-export contracts, and handle issues related to goods.
  - Manage warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
  - Monitor payments, check, and reconcile accounts receivable.
  - Stay updated and well-versed in regulations, and policies related to import-export and international trade.
  - Make quotation estimates for customers, reports in English or Japan...etc.,
