    ★Responsibility
    - Manage all of the factories and support Japanese manager and supervisor
    - This Position is Factory Manager Assistant that will be factory manager in 2-3 years future.

    ★Job detail
    - Manage production control with the Supervisor
    - Support Admin team
    - Manage order and process of production
    - Cost management of all of the factories
    - MTG with Japanese manager and Supervisor
    - Support translating specific documents for Vietnamese staff
    - Improve operation

    - They have 2 factories (1 is Est in 2013 and 2 is Est 2022 )
    - 760 staff
    - 30,000 kinds of products
    - Main products
    ->Lady's Apparel(Only Fabric)
    Ex: Suits, Shirts, Coats, Pants, Uniform etc...
    ->Sold price(70USD to 1,000USD )
    -> Usually sold in United Arrows, Coach(Mid-level)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Having more than 3 years experience in a manufacturing company. (Any position is OK.)
    - Knowing the flow of making products.
    - Japanese N2 Basic OR English conversation level.
    - No job hopper. (If you are 40 years old, our company should be 5th or less company.)

    <Prefer>
    - Having experience working in sewing factories.
