  - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ho Chi Minh branch, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and meet corporate objectives.
  - Lead and mentor a management team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that operational goals are met.
  - Manage the entire Vietnamese and Japanese team, supporting employee development and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across the organization.
  - Engage in sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese companies. Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  - Coordinate with Japanese headquarters and work effectively with both Japanese and non-Japanese teams.
