Job Description
Responsible for working as production control Manager
- Responsibilities for production control and production preparation.
- Management the subordinate
- In charge of mass production preparation through material pressing, welding, surface treatment, and assembly.
- create a safe working environment for employees, including the transmission of technical knowledge and employee engagement, to ensure stable and continuous operations for high-quality production
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

Requirement
<Must>
- At least 5 years of working experience as Production control
- Has experience in a wide range of processing skills and techniques, from pressing to welding, surface treatment (painting, enamel), and assembly
- Having at least 3 years of management experience (quality, productivity, cost evaluation, problem-solving skills, improvement) that are directly linked to the profit and loss of the factory (management and supervision experience)
