• Job Description

  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for the management of all activities related to the production department
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  1. Production Tasks:
  - Assign tasks based on the production task sheet and the actual production capacity of each process, ensuring the implementation of production tasks; in cases of overcapacity or insufficient capacity, communicate promptly with the production department to adjust task allocation.
  - Timely resolve any abnormal situations that arise during the production process.
  
  2. Safety Production:
  - Organize discussions, implementation, and improvement of safety measures for each process.
  - Organize safety meetings, and safety promotions, and check equipment protection measures and employee operational safety.
  
  3. Quality Management:
  - Strictly organize production according to process requirements and quality standards.
  - Responsible for organizing quality improvement activities and related technical improvements.
  
  4. Cost Control:
  - Timely compile cost control information from each workshop and develop corresponding cost control strategies.
  - Responsible for reviewing and adjusting product pricing.
  
  5. On-site Management:
  - Guide and supervise according to relevant regulations for on-site production management, ensuring the implementation of 5S and equipment management, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the production site.
  
  6. Report Management:
  - Analyze abnormal situations in various reports, propose remedial measures, review the remedial measures, and check implementation.
  - Organize improvement activities based on product inspection data provided by the quality department, propose improvement strategies, and check actual improvement results.
  
  7. Performance, Goal Management, and Team Management:
  - Arrange for subordinates to carry out work based on the work plan, ensuring that the work objectives of each process are achieved.
