<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese company, is now looking for a "Building Management Assistant".<Job description (details)>- Building management: Work with Building Management team and support in preparing any necessarydocuments to ensure the smooth operation of the Building;- Operation management: Coordination with operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control),contractors, and other interior construction supervision;- Engineering management: Coordination with subcontractors for maintenance / inspection / renovation / repairingof electrical, mechanical, fire of fighting, Plumpling and other system;- Attend to all building operation related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning & others if required)- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with Construction Management team;- Support Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge and other necessary payments (if necessary);- Other tasks as required by Manager of Building Management from time to time.<Attractive points>- This company is a group company of the most famous construction company in Japan.- The office is very clean as it is a new facility that has just been completed.- It is a very challenging environment as we are involved in a newly started business.
