  - Overall quality control for a metal manufacturing plant
  - Reporting to Japanese headquarters, email correspondence, and report creation
  - Technical guidance and support for subordinates
  - Analysis and consideration of defect information (analysis of compiled data from relevant departments)
  - Handling external and internal audits (customer and department audits)
  - Handling complaints (information gathering from relevant departments and report preparation for customers)
  - Progress management of quality control tasks and development of quality control systems (strengthening framework)
  - Statistics and management of quality (compiling reports)
  - Creation, maintenance, and management of QC process charts
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager
