  One of our clients, which is a manufacturing company, is now looking for an Import/Export staff.
  
  ■Job detail
  ‐ Prepare and manage documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, certificates, and other necessary records.
  - Assist in coordinating customs clearance, inspection, and regulatory requirements.
  - Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
  - Maintain clear communication with internal departments, including production, sales, and finance.
  - Resolve issues related to shipments, such as delays, missing documents, or incorrect orders.
  - Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and manage any unexpected delays.
  - Help manage warehouse inventories for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  - Organize and monitor import/export schedules to maintain efficient workflow.
  - Maintain records of all imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  - Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting on shipping activities, costs, and delivery times.
  - Analyze data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
  - Verify the accuracy and quality of shipments before import/export clearance.
  - Investigate and resolve shipment-related issues with suppliers, customers, or carriers.
