  <Job Summary>
  One of our clients, which is a Japanese manufacturing firm is looking for "Production Control Staff".
  They have established a new factory, which will be up and running.
  As an EPE company, they export products produced in Vietnam to Japan and other foreign countries.

  <Job Description>
  1. Production planning and progress management
  - Prepare production plans and adjust processes based on demand forecasts and order status
  - Manage daily production progress and monitor whether production is progressing as planned.
  - In the event that production schedule changes or delivery date adjustments are necessary, respond promptly and communicate to the relevant departments.
  2. Inventory control and optimization of material procurement
  - Appropriately manage and order necessary raw materials and parts inventory quantities
  - Reduce inventory turnover and lead time to minimize wasted inventory and costs.
  3. Production cost management and efficiency improvement
  - Identify and analyze costs associated with production activities and propose improvement measures
  - Support for improvement of manufacturing processes and labor saving in order to increase productivity and reduce losses.
  4. Quality assurance and trouble-shooting
  - Pursue causes of quality defects and implement measures to prevent recurrence in cooperation with the manufacturing site.
  - Promptly respond to customer complaints and share the improvement process with related departments.
  - Promote quality improvement activities in cooperation with the quality control department.
  5. Collaboration with other departments and project promotion
  - Work closely with sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control to coordinate production schedules and help resolve issues
  - Support production management for new product launch projects to ensure smooth mass production
