  【Job Summary】
  Based on budget, quality, and deadlines, prepare quantity estimates, construction procedure drawings (for bidding), and progress schedules to ensure smooth progress of the project.
  
  【Job Detail】
  - Extract and summarize quantities from design drawings.
  - Estimate construction costs (materials, labor, machinery, etc.).
  - Compare the actual cost with the budget and perform cost control.
  - Analyzes and evaluates entry documents to support the bidding process.
  - Prepare construction procedure drawings.
  　 +Prepare detailed construction procedure drawings in cooperation with the design team and construction team.
  　 +Coordinate and optimize construction procedure drawings using specialized software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  　 +Prepare construction procedure drawings for bidding and ensure that they conform to technical requirements and site conditions.
  　 +Plan detailed construction procedures in coordination with material suppliers and subcontractors, and develop procedures that meet technical requirements and schedules.
  - Prepare progress schedules.
  　 +Develop a comprehensive construction schedule based on quantities, labor rates, and mechanical equipment constants.
  　 +Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress schedules using specialized software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
  - The other tasks assigned by the Vietnamese leader.
