    One of our clients, which is a manufacturing company, is looking for a Re-Grinding Team Leader.

    【Job detail】
    - Propose optimal grinding methods.
    - Suggest improvements to extend the lifespan of Re-Grinding tools.
    - Manage the Re-Grinding team.
    - Guide and train team members in Re-Grinding tasks.
    - Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - 3 or more years of experience in the Re-Grinding field.
    - Can use SolidWorks or Topsolid

    【Advantage】
    - Working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies.
