  • Job Description

    One of our clients, which is manufacturing die-cast products, is now looking for Production Engineering.
    You will be Responsible for managing and leading staff in the Production Department

    【What you will be working on】
    -Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems
    -Monitor KPI and PDCA cycle, productivity, and safety
    -Communicating with customers if needed (included Japanese customers)
    -Take care of other tasks as a Supervisor
    -Other tasks as needed
    -Production Engineering

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Japanese: Equivalent to N2
    -Have at least 2 years of experience as a Production leader or management level
    -Knowledge of IATF (The ISO certification for the Automotive industry )

    【Prefer】
    -Candidate have both Japanese skill & English skill
    -Living near company they don't have a car for picking up
