  Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  Process Monitoring & Improvement
  - Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
  Quality Control & Assurance
  - Ensure all products meet required quality standards and resolve any defects or issues.
  Workforce & Workflow Management
  - Coordinate with factory workers and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
  Inventory & Material Management
  - Monitor raw materials, fabric supplies, and stock levels to prevent shortages or delays.
  Reporting & Coordination
  - Communicate with management and relevant departments to report progress, challenges, and solutions.
