One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for an Technical Manager.【Job detail】- Improve and develop machinery, and apply automation technology to production.- Analyze machinery and equipment used in production to improve efficiency.- Introduce automation technology to optimize processes and reduce costs.- Develop and design new machines and tools to increase productivity.- Modify existing equipment if necessary to add functions or improve performance.- Plan and execute improvement projects, guiding the team to achieve goals.- Monitor progress, manage schedules, and control budgets.- Analyze risks in production processes and machinery operation, and propose solutions.- Ensure designs and operations meet ISO standards and safety regulations.- Provide safety training to staff if needed.- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.【Attractive points】- Total group sales of 366.1 billion yen- Overseas sales ratio 52.1%‐ 62 sales offices and 22 production sites worldwide, including Vietnam
