  - Manage and organize the work of the research department
  - Responsible for research and development of products (SURIMI, FISH BALL,..) in the food field that the company is providing.
  - Test raw materials, additives…
  - Analyze and evaluate products based on factors: features, techniques, price, etc. compared to the market.
  - Contribute comments and suggestions to improve products according to customer needs.
