    ＜Summary＞
    You will be working for an affiliate of the Japanese government to increase the number of travelers from Vietnam to Japan.

    ＜Job detail＞
    - Management of seminars, business meetings, travel fairs, etc.
    - Gathering market information (including monthly reports, gathering information on inquiries from headquarters, participating in seminars and workshops)
    - Gathering market information (including monthly reports, information gathering in response to inquiries from headquarters, participation in seminars and workshops)
    - Provide support and respond to inquiries from tourism-related organizations, airlines, travel agencies, media, etc.
    - Provide general support to the Director, Deputy Director, and other Vietnamese staff.
    - Interpretation and translation between Japanese and Vietnamese, and between Vietnamese and English, as necessary for business purposes.
    - Information services (including tourist information at the counter, by phone, and by e-mail)
    - Creation of website and SNS content and response to inquiries
    - Other tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    1. Bachelor’s degree
    2. Experience: At least 2 years of work experience of Japanese companies
    3. Language skills: N2 Advance level (Internal conversation/ Report of monthly...etc)
    4. Language skills: English Conversational level
    5. Have PC skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (by English or Japanese)
    6. High communication skills
