One of our clients, which is a manufacturing/trading company, is looking for a Sales Leader【Job detail】- Handle the business with clients.- Responsible for quality and delivery control, including troubleshooting.- Sales, merchandising, and face-to-face negotiations for client factories (visiting factories in and around Ho Chi Minh City 2-3 times per week).- Responsible for coordinating production progress and quality control during supplier visits.- Act as a mentor to team members, providing problem-solving guidance, skill development, and support.- Oversee the overall status of transactions as the leader of the development and production management teams.- Develop new clients.- Other tasks assigned by managers.■Company/Job Attraction- They are the group of the one of the big company in Japan, so working environment is quite good!‐ Integrated in-house production, distribution, and sales- Has production facilities in several countries, including Vietnam

【求人概要】店舗管理マネージャーとして、店長業務をメインに行っていただきます。主に、人事・会計・管理・接客等が中心となります。それ故に、自身で業務をこなしつつ、現地スタッフの育成やサポートなども幅広く行っていただき、お客様に満足を頂けるような飲食店運営を一緒に作っていきます。【業務内容】・管理：エクセル等で数字管理・人事：シフト作成、採用計画・面接、人事評価など・会計：売上管理、コスト（主にFL）管理、仕入管理など・販売促進：プロモ―ション企画立案、一部商品開発など・営業：明るく積極的な営業、オペレーションの構築、お取引先様との連絡・交渉など・キッチンのマネジメント・スタッフ管理、オペレーション構築・運用・商品開発
