One of our clients, a logistics company, is looking for the sales assistant manager.【Job details】‐ Assist sales team with managing Korean-speaking clients and act as the point of contact for them.‐ Respond to client inquiries, and assist in resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.‐ Create sales presentations, proposals, and reports, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.‐ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, including order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking.‐ Track ongoing contracts and sales activities, preparing performance reports and suggesting improvements.‐ Conduct market research on logistics trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.‐ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with Korean companies in the logistics industry.‐ Lead the sales team by setting targets, providing mentorship, and fostering a results-driven culture.‐ Develop pricing models with finance and operations, and lead contract negotiations with clients.‐ Ensure that sales materials for Korean markets are localized and culturally appropriate.- Other tasks assigned by Manager【Attractive points】- They are the group of one of the big companies in Japan!
