<Job Summary>- Responsible for operating and monitoring all legal activities of the company, ensuring compliance with legal regulations- Ensure the company's production and business activities, complying with legal documents issued by the state- Issue regulations or internal company regulations to maintain operations and eliminate legal risks when doing business<Job description (details)>- Check the legality of all Contracts, Documents, Regulations, Procedures, and Documents of the Company to ensure no errors and compliance with the Law and State regulations.- Direct and control the drafting of Contracts, Documents, Company legal documents (ERC, IER, construction permit documents, environment, labor safety, fire protection... )- Arrange problem points and propose countermeasures, direct the implementation of legal procedures during the Company's production and business activities.- Advise the Board of Directors (VMM) and departments on legal issues during production and business activities.- Support and advise employees on legal issues when directed by superiors.- Organize updates and instructions for departments and units on newly issued legal documents related to the operations of departments and divisions.- Represent the Board of Directors to resolve disputes, lawsuits and work with competent state agencies (if any).- Participate in solving other tasks requested by superiors.<Company/Job Attraction>- Work in an international, dynamic and friendly environment- Full benefits package- The opportunity to work in a large corporation, nice background for future career path

• To assist the in-house counsels in responding to new regulations in a proper manner to ensure the compliance with laws by all staff in daily operation. • To deal with legislation and regulatory changes from local authorities by timely update and report to supervisor and Management; • To support other department operation by providing legal advices and monitor legal task force and project, as well as coordinating with related counterparties in handling legal / compliance issues; •To be responsible for the compliance action program regarding (i) legal/compliance checks and (ii) training to all staffs on legal / compliance issues
