<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is a Japanese garment manufacturing firm, is now looking for HR/GA Assistant Manager.<Job description (details)>1. HR:- Various contracts (Prepare and manage contracts)- Handling of labor issues- Salary calculation and payment- Social insurance fee calculation and payment- Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews- Revision and Abolition of personnel regulations- Issue invoices to customers- VAT declaration- Employment support for foreign employees * Visa and work permit procedures and management, etc2. General Affairs Management:- IRC/ERC procedures and management- Correspondence with authorities (Audit response, Report preparation, etc.) - Environmental management of the entire office and factory- Management of equipment used in offices and factory- Handling of visitors3.
