After graduating from Rikkyo University, Naito started his career in Recruitment contributing to the business expansions in China, established Vietnam and Thailand markets, as well as business planning for the Recruit group.
In 2015, he joined the Reeracoen Group to build the Malaysia branch and was promoted as the Group Managing Director.
In recent years he has contributed to various overseas business expansions, providing HR professional services throughout the Asia region.

Graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University. After a few years of Recruitment agency experience in Japan, Hirata joined Reeracoen Group in 2015 as a Branch Manager for Reeracoen Vietnam, managing the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), together with the Recruitment functions of its business.
In October 2015, he was posted to REERACOEN Thailand (BKK), temporarily in the Chonburi office.
Utilizing his strength in sourcing high-tier and management roles for the manufacturing industry, he has introduced more than 500 Thai and Japanese job seekers to a total of 300 companies in Thailand.
